About us

Hello, we are Lina and Manny.  We have been involved in real estate since 2008 and started investing in Residential real estate in 2019. We done various fix and flips in Hollywood, and Cooper City, we have an Airbnb in Jensen Beach and a Duplex in Daytona Beach.

 

We are currently selling all our residential assets to liquidate them in order to use those funds to invest more in commerical multifamily apartments.  We are partners in two investments this year one is a 30 Unit Brand New Townhome Development in Manchester, Tennessee and the second one is a 216 2023 Class A Build Apartment Complex in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
